Create special CSS class for filenames

I don't like the grey background applied to file names. It would be nice to have a special CSS fn, filename or fname class that can be used.

I envision two formats:

  1. that is applied to <code> tags that sets a transparent background.
  2. that is applied to <span> tags that specifies a fixed width font.
