A skilled person is riding a bicycle on one wheel

http://delph-in.github.io/delphin-viz/demo/#input=A%20skilled%20person%20is%20riding%20a%20bicycle%20on%20one%20wheel&count=5&grammar=erg2018-uw&tree=true&dmrs=true

I suspect the operator mod means modifier, right? But it is not documented in the ErgSemantics* pages. The interpretation of riding a bicycle on one wheel as an adverbial phrase is very strange... but I suspect it could be paraphrase as:

be a skilled person is be able to ride a bicycle on one wheel

The potential adverbial phrase is a bicycle or a bicycle on one wheel. The parse ranking model is correct to put these analyses at the bottom of the list! According to the docstring for np_indef-adv_c (see here), it's to cover sentences like "He arrived a rich man". There's no explicit preposition, but the MRS should be analogous to a sentence like "He arrived as a rich man", so it makes sense to introduce mod to mirror _as_p.

Perhaps discussion of mod could be added to ErgSemantics_ImplicitLocatives, expanding the scope of that page from implicit locatives to implicit adverbials.
