The Olomouc Top page does not link from the fancy summit page

The docs site won't include links to pages that haven't been included in the docs site (to avoid broken links).

The docs site is curated, so it doesn't include wiki pages automatically, you need to add them. This is to avoid having a bunch of confusing (or old) internal pages included in the public documentation.

To add new files, just add a few lines to a JSON file to add a new section for the summit and include the pages you want. The process is described here: https://delph-in.github.io/docs/garage/DocsQuickStart/. I did it for you, by adding these lines to the sitedefinitions.json file in the repository:

      {"Section": "Olomouc 2024", "Pages": [
        {"Page": "Overview", "SrcDir": "docswiki", "SrcFile": "OlomoucTop.md"},
        {"Page": "Participants", "SrcDir": "docswiki", "SrcFile": "OlomoucParticipants.md"}
      ]},

So now there is a whole section for Olomouc: https://delph-in.github.io/docs/summits/OlomoucTop/ and the link is fixed
