Add a community page?

Hi, I think in wasm in general folks often are confused about the host/guest side of things, and one way to learn about this is through a page that shows usable software for each. I've often looked for a page and didn't know where to go.

I might recommend adding a community page or wiki for projects like @syke99 https://github.com/syke99/waggy to be displayed on for reference.
