Please upgrade to https://github.com/fermyon/spin/releases/tag/v2.2.0
FWIW, we are WIP of moving the spin shim to it's own organization, out of this repo. See the announcement.
In the meantime, I will keep maintaining this repo and will update the spin version to v2.2.0
