Bindle server version endpoint

Is there a pre-existing endpoint that returns the version that a bindle server is running with?

@FrankYang0529 and I were thinking of potentially adding this info to the healthz endpoint... thoughts/input?

From Hippo source code, it doesn't call <bindle>/v1/healthz, so we don't break Hippo if we add version in healthz endpoint.
