Error when open GUI after install

Describe the bug
I downloaded faceswap setup for windows, choose directML because i using AMD
Setup done, i open GUI shortcut, a cmd pop up and close
i open the win launcher.bat in cmd and it give me error "_ctypes.COMError: (-2005530518, None, (None, None, None, 0, None))"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to faceswap root folder
- Run 'faceswap_win_launcher.bat' with cmd or powershell
- See error
Expected behavior
Not have error and pop a gui
