Unhandled JS Exception: Invariant Violation: Module name prefixes should've been stripped by native side but wasn't for RCTJSCExecutor

I'm getting this error after install of Deco. I tried with default project that is generated after start and with simple hello world from react-native website.
What can be done to fix it?
