MS claim-gen importer stores the uuid from claim-gen, in the "extras.externalId" field

Requires a bit of work in the addChildNode command, to call into the updateNode command within the same transaction (or use its underlying functions), in order to set the initial contents of the "extras" field (without duplication of code).
