Give someone the rights that actually progresses issues and fixes to Runelite

Can't believe someone else fixed a bug for you that's in the open pull request for over a month and you don't do anything with it. You don't respond or take action. If you don't want to work on the plugin anymore then give some rights etc to someone that does, so that person is able to pick up issues and bring them to Runelite. I just want the annoying side bar of the chat window bug to be gone and you don't seem to care. You're active on Github but don't do anything in this plugin that's yours and leave the users in the dark unable to fix themselves
