Include Rmarkdown (.rmd) files

Thank you for this much-needed plugin @deathau ! I want to also edit .rmd files. I saw this post in the forum, but as a newbie I can't figure out how to do that. If it's not a big problem would it be possible to merge this feature in this plugin? Thanks
