Unable to give access to notification access

I am unable to give the app the permission to access notifications.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the System Settings -> Apps -> Special App Access -> Device & app notifications
Klick/Tap on Kizzy and try to enable the permission

Expected behavior:
You should be able to give the app notification access permission which is not possible (Likely because of Android 13)

• Device: Poco M5s (rosemary_p)
• OS: RisingOS 1.0 / Android 13
• Kizzy Version 5.2

This is the only thing I want to use the app for and yet there is no way to bypass the restriction from my knowledge.

FIX:
There is a way to bypass restrictions of permissions
I'd like it to be added to the app or its setup guide as many people don't know this

Step 1: Open System Settings and go to "Apps"
Step 2: Tap Kizzy, if you don't see it yet, tap "See all Apps" and tap Kizzy then
Step 3: There should be 3 dots in the upper right corner, tap it and select "Allow restricted permissions"
Step 4: Enter your pattern/password/pin if it prompts you to bypass the restriction
Step 5: head back to Apps and tap "Special App Access", tap "Device & app notifications" and there tap Kizzy and give it the permission

Alternate Step 5: Open Kizzy and let Kizzy get you to the Notification Access page and enable it then
