Crazy idea,
Would be very interesting if I could somehow put my buildpack in certian mode that would give me an interactive shell interpreter in the middle of a build. Perhaps it could even be triggered by Command-C.
$ heroku build <...> --debug- wait for the right time of the build process
- Control-C, interactive bash session exactly where it left off
- Command-D, exists to system
Sounds crazy, but it'd be really nice for understanding the build environment, much like heroku run allows.
