The current ddclient help output is just infodumping everything at once. Restructure it to be more sane and usable.
Also incorporate some common things like #619 .

  • Add version argument
  • Split the different usage guides into separate subcommands
    • Allow listing of supported providers, fw interfaces, web IP providers etc. (i.e. ddclient help providers)
    • Split provider configuration guides (i.e. ddclient help providers [my_provider])
    • ...

Yeah it just sucks.
The worst help output I've ever seen. I had to output it in a file to check what was going on
