Show which vault passwords come from

I have more than one vault where passwords in different vaults may have the same name. It'd be nice to have the option to show the vault after or before the item name like
Vault : Item
Item : Vault
Or something of the sort
This is an excellent suggestion. I'll look into it soon. If you're up for it please feel free to submit a pull request even if it's just a partial implementation. Thanks!
