- Curation (need some more thinking around curation requirements/specification before having a better idea of how that will fit into the registry — @Ajand maybe you could help with that?)

Notes:
- If grant IDs are not incremental, consider having an interface for enumerating them (with possibility for on chain enumeration as well, to avoid foreclosing on any potential curation designs, etc)
