Bug: Post-Checkout Errors

I completed a checkout successfully, however the site failed to redirect me to the post-checkout page, showing an error toast and the following errors in the console:
Furthermore, attempting to click on the "My Contributions" link in the top right after checkout completed resulted in repeated occurrences of the "TypeError: Failed to fetch dynamically imported module"
A refresh fixed everything.
Can't be reproduce. Unlucky failed load, or perhaps between deploys? Closing for now.
