Backup/Secondary IPFS Infrastructure

It should be possible to define a backup or secondary IPFS service that will be used if the first fails or degrades in performance. This can be another provider or our own infrastructure we run ourselves.
Have you considered using web3.storage ?
It's totally free and it belongs to the protocol labs themselves.
