can't install on netbeans 7.4

I'm trying to install the latest build at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/erlybird/files/nb-scala/7.x_2.10.x/
namely the 7.4 download:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/erlybird/files/nb-scala/7.x_2.10.x/nbscala-7.4_2.10.x-1.6.1.1.zip/download

But I can't install all the modules, since I get the message:

"
The issue has already been reported on stackoverflow for the preceeding build:

I get the same issue. It concerns both Scala Core and Scala editor. Could it be just an error in the dependency requirements? The package contains a module called: "Rats! Packrat Parser": does that maybe represent the real dependency?

Try current master code, it works on my netbeans 7.4
