.NET 2.0 Framework Missing

When I first tried to install this, the installer told me it needed to install the .NET 2.0 framework dependency. I selected install necessary dependencies, and it gave an "Error 404" message. I installed .NET 3.5 from the Microsoft website, restarted the installer and it worked. My point is, could someone update the installer so that it installs a supported version of .NET? I can't even find version 2.0 on the internet anymore, and newer versions obviously work. That would make it a lot simpler to get RCDC up and running.
