No 2.3.1 tag

The website says that the current version is 2.3.1 but there is no such tag.
It's on this page, the current version:

I didn't create a page for all minor versions. If there is a version 2.3.2 one day it will replace 2.3.1 (some bugs are fixed compared to 2.3.1).
