When you a user has more than one instance of the same unit the party builder should take this into account and select the stronger of the two version of the unit.
For example, if you have a 3* Leo lv1, and a 5* Leo lv80, it should pick the lv80.
Similarly, it should work on level as well as rarity. I would think that higher rarity is more important than level.
