Not working on mobile

I had this working correctly but am now getting a Source map error: request failed with status 404 when the page loads: link here
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Make sure you put the source map on your server, but you can ignore this
error, it won’t effect things.

Look in the browser console. You have a stack of JS errors, anyone of which
could stop this from running
