New product upload always fail

I can see the product on the Open Food Facts website. It was added successfully by user "waistline-app" (which is the default user when uploading products with Waistline).

However, the product image is missing, so I assume the image upload failed and that's the reason why you see the error message.
Maybe the OFF image service was down when you tried to upload this 🤷. How long did it take for the error message to appear after you pressed the upload button? Was it just a few seconds or did it take longer?
I tried with/without image. Never success. The error is shown after two/three seconds. I can see the upload gear running for few seconds...
Waistline doesn't let you upload a product without at least one image.
If the error came after two or three seconds, it was almost certainly a server issue. There is not much we can do about that.
