Upgrade to latest Nuxt Module Builder

Background
The module hasn't been updated for a while, and now Nuxt Module builder is firing warnings and the build fails.
Proposal
Upgrade to the latest:
- align
package.jsondependencies and scripts to the latest - rename
demotoplayground - update the readme
Notes
Right now this is preventing #66 from going live
