Feature: Nuxt 2 support

Background
Right now, the module has been tested with Nuxt 3 only.
Apparently using defineNuxtModule() makes modules compatible with Nuxt 2 automatically.
Proposal
Set up a Nuxt 2 / Bridge project, and test out the module to see if it works.
If not, dig in!
