Can't Register with GitHub Authentication

I'm trying to register using GitHub authentication on the login page. The issue is that when I press the register link with GitHub I get a 404.
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated. I already have an account linked through Google auth but I need GitHub auth in order to automate data deployments through GitHub actions.
Yeah, I'm struggling with the same problem...
