Server 521 Error, unable to access site at all

When I attempt to visit datahub.io or any subpage, I receive a 521 error.
Bump. Errors like this have been mentioned by several people on Discord, and I'm experiencing intermittent errors myself. I wonder what might be causing the instability, and if we can do anything to raise the uptime. Could we at least monitor to get a better grasp of the issue.
