Broken link on the home page

In the "Request Data from Datahub" section, the "Request data" button links to /requests page which returns 404:

How to reproduce

• go to home page
• find "Request Data from Datahub" section and click on the "Request data" button

Expected behavior

Either:

• there is no link to the page
• the link works
