Like old data.okfn.org/tools/view that allows you to view a preview of a data package given a url.
User Stories
As Rufus I want to be able preview a data package I've got somewhere so that I know it works (before e.g. publishing to datahub.io, or just to show someone quickly)
As Rufus I want to be able to preview a tableschema or summary of a dataset so that I can share with someone
