Take roadblocks into account

Hi guys.
Sometimes some roads are blocked for several week due to maintenance or other reasons. Would be great to add that in some parameters before running the tool. Thanks.
This sounds like it should really be in openstreetmaps rather than per routing request. The tool will avoid any road if it's indicated as closed for any reason
