Add customer and container counts per route in the Manual Edits document

BACKGROUND: Currently, container counts per route are found only in the Solution.txt. Document. However, when making manual edits, it’s necessary to have updated counts that reflect changes, and also useful to have the number of households counted.
REQUEST: At the top of columns I-K on each tab of the Manual Routes Edit document, add a small table that includes the following for each route:
Works for both unload and non-unload routes
