Documentation site is missing nav bar items

We should make sure https://docs.datacommons.org/statistical_variables.html, etc. have the nav bar items.
hi @rvguha - by "nav bar items", do you mean the pv-tree like treatment instead? or splitting that list into separate pages, and having sub pages in the left hand menu?
Added the header nav bar from main site.
