dasm not open on my windows

i downloaded

dasm-2.20.14.1-win-x64.zip

for my 64-bit architecture windows

and when i opened it , it not give me anything

Have you read the manual?
It's a command-line tool. It doesn't "open" like a windows-based program.
You run it via/on your command-line/terminal by typing appropriate "commands"
