Additional latest tags for python versions

Currently there is only one latest tag which is associated with (latest dask version)-py3.8. If I wanted to use a newer python version (like py3.10), I would need to specify also the dask version (2022.09.0).
It would be nice if we also had the additional latest tags with python versions, something like latest-py3.X. This would be similar to the already available dev tag.
