[BUG] `ERROR message: this group license is reviewing by Pyarmor team`

When trying to register a group license I get the following erreror

$  pyarmor reg -p "Wireless Charging Systems" pyarmor-regcode-6231.txt

This license is about to be used for product "Wireless Charging Systems"

IMPORTANT: PRODUCT NAME CAN NOT BE CHANGED AFTER INITIAL REGISTRATION

Are you sure to continue? (yes/no) yes
INFO     process activation file "pyarmor-regcode-6231.txt"
INFO     send request to server
ERROR    this group license is reviewing by Pyarmor team
ERROR    somthing is wrong

Here is the output from runing man:

$ pyarmor man
