Update dart-beta to 3.0

On dart.dev I can already download Dart 3.0.0-290.3.beta as the beta channel. But brew install dart-beta installs 2.19.0-444.6.beta
I'd like to find a simple way to test the new 3.0 beta version without manually downloading the sdk.
3.0.0 is now available in the stable channel
