When I enter qb's apartment, the model on the character disappears. When I leave the apartment, the model on my body reappears. However, the model that reappears is not the model of the inventory item itself, that is, when I remove the item, the model is still there

You would have to hide the backitems when the enter the appartment and show them again when they leave.
