Replace website with simple html/js/css

The website is currently in gatsby, which is confusing and maybe overkill for the simple site it is.
I'd love to extract the HTML/CSS/JS and just make it much simpler and easier to understand. This will be easier after we put all the test/spec data into files which we can use to generate the site.
