[FEATURE REQUEST] When moving to spam folder optionally add to fuzzy store

Been trying to do it myself but lost now.

I would like it so that when a user makes a spam complaint by moving a message to the spam box to also send to Rspamd fuzzy store aswell.

Same binary does it structure is
rspamc -h (server ip) -P (password) -f (flag number) -w (weight of report) fuzzy_add (input file or piped data)

What do you think?
