Mobile - Chats screen - new design implementation

The Chat screen template should be updated with the new design.

Notes:

• It looks like the font size of 14 points should be about right
• Coin symbol will be changed - you can keep the current coin reaction UI for now
• Emoji reactions don't need to be implemented right now - this is still to be completed on the backend
• No need for Dark theme for now - let's focus on getting the Light theme right first
