Error when adding selected entry

When trying to add a Selected Entry, I get an error that says "Unknown action mcf_select_". This does not happen with Selected Pages. They're working exactly as expected. Using Movable Type Pro version 4.34-en with: Community Pack 1.65, Professional Pack 1.31. Any guidance would be very appreciated.
I've made a few changes that fix this for me; check out v1.2.8. Success?
