Installation is not working properly

Hi,

I have followed the steps you mentioned in the Readme but getting an issue, like bower_components folder is not creating.

If you can help me out on this, it would be great.

I actually never intended this project to be used other than for reporting an Angular.js issue. That said you should still be able to use it as a starting point. After running npm install in the steps, you should have bower_components created. Perhaps you don't have bower installed? I updated the README so you can take a look at that.
