We should have emojis just like :feature: which map to the proper pictures

... so the commit message is more readable.
i.e. in rocket chat we could define custom emojis - in GitLab we can't :-(
It is possible to do through a git commit hook, but I feel the burden on setting up the process isn't worth it.
