[Question]: Use access token from social login as apikey for custom endpoint

What is your question?

Hello, we have configured LibreChat so that a login is only possible via OpenID. We do this via an app registration in the Azure Cloud. When logging in, an access token is transferred to LibreChat. We need this access token as an apikey for a custom endpoint. Is it possible to use this access token as an apikey? And if not, where would I have to make adjustments in the source code?

The second question is, is the access token from the login regularly updated via the refresh token? If not, where can I best change this in the source code?

Kind Regards,
Andre
