Text Path's Don't Work in IE

The library works pretty stable in Chrome and Mozilla, but in IE the text paths almost don't appear at all.
Theories:
- The text path does some crazy math in order to be how it is. This is in the function
magicCircle.runeRing()
Possible solutions:
- Rewrite the algorithm in the rune ring function to be less tricky
I fixed this issue!

Text paths work in all main browsers now! Circle confidently!
