Currently, there are two softwares that support dual OPL3:

  1. SPFM
  2. Arduino OPL2 (OPL3)

Among them, the SPFM protocol supports the perfect software on many computers to control the OPL3 to make music with midi. Although the Arduino OPL2 also supports two OPL3s, there is hardly enough software to fully utilize the two OPL3s.
Of course, I have the source code of SPFM.
