Unable to compile DENISE-SH

Dear Dr. Koehn,

I was not able to compile the SH version of DENISE.
Here are the error of it:

auto_pick.c:16:80: fatal error: stfinv/stfinv.h: No such file or directory
#include "stfinv/stfinv.h" /* libstfinv - inversion for source time function */

I did not find the stfinv.c in any of the .c files. Any hints for fixing the problem ??
