Broken link in README

Hi,

I noticed the 'our documentation site' link in the four sentence of the README is broken (points to https://not-govuk.netlify.app/ but I assume it should be https://not-gov.uk/).

Could I also check if the following statement about production use is still current?

Warning: This is a work in progress and should only be used in production by brave souls.
