Toggle only works for Switches

How about allow the Toggle to work for non Switch devices? I have some Window Shades and would like to Toggle them open/close.
It threw an exception if you F4 on ZWave Window Shade - so that should be handled too.
This also now works for zigbee zenismart roller blinds :)
